Welcome to Hopes n Heights Consultancy Services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we offer, including interior design, customized furniture, and EMI/loan-based financing.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Company Overview
   We are a professional interior design and furniture service provider offering custom-made solutions. We also facilitate EMI/loan-based payment options for our eligible customers.
2. Eligibility
   By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into a contract.
3. Interior Design & Product Policy
   All designs, quotations, and timelines are subject to approval and revision as per mutual discussion.

Materials used are specified during the consultation. Any change may affect pricing.

Customized products (modular kitchen, wardrobe, sofa, etc.) are not eligible for return once approved.

4. EMI / Loan Services
   We provide financing options through third-party NBFCs, Banks, or Fintech partners.
   By opting for EMI, you agree to the following:

You authorize us and our lending partner to process your loan application.

You agree to provide accurate KYC documents, bank details, and proof of income.

EMI approval is subject to the lender’s terms and credit policy.

Once a loan is sanctioned, cancellation may attract charges.

Auto-debit/NACH mandates are mandatory for monthly EMI deduction.

5. Pricing & Payments
   All prices are inclusive of design fees and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Full or partial advance is required before project commencement.

EMI customers must ensure sufficient balance in their account for auto-debit.

Late payments may attract penalties.

6. Intellectual Property
   All designs, logos, website content, and project images are the intellectual property of Hopes n Heights Consultancy Services and cannot be copied or reused without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
   We shall not be held responsible for:

Delays due to factors beyond our control (like weather, logistics issues, etc.)

Rejection of EMI applications by lending partners

Any financial issues arising from EMI default

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
   Design charges are non-refundable once the design work has started.

Product manufacturing once started cannot be stopped or reversed.

EMI-based orders are bound by the lender’s cancellation and refund policy.

9. Revisions & Updates
   We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the site or our services indicates acceptance of these changes.
